The villa is situated on a large lot and the private south facing heated pool and jacuzzi back onto a wooded area. Pool heating for cooler months is available for an additional charge.
This large, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. The master bedroom with a large en-suite and a walk-in closet. Both sitting areas have a flat screen TV and there are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms.

The villa is just 4 miles/ 10 minutes from magical Walt Disney World, including EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom; in addition to several competitive golf courses and other main attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Indian Ridge is located close to many restaurants and shopping centers.
All this is only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
